In her role as MDG’s Director of Account Services, Jess often serves as the first point of contact for MDG clients. This makes her instrumental in building successful client-agency relationships. Even more important, she’s responsible for maintaining those relationships over time.
This means staying on top of a client’s needs on a daily basis. Expect her to ask the right questions, provide honest, constructive feedback, and quickly respond to the evolving needs of your brand, its customers, and the technology that connects them.
Since graduating from George Washington University School of Business in 2004, Jess has perfected her skills at both BBDO New York and here at MDG. Throughout her career, she’s played a key role in shaping global brands, including Motorola, Bank of America, Frito-Lay, Mitsubishi, Six Flags, Lane Bryant, Firehouse Subs, Signature Consultants, The Seagate Hotel & Spa, FastMed Urgent Care, and Dental Care Alliance.
Her solid leadership skills, can-do attitude, and unexpected insights net MDG clients measurable results.
