Paid Search Marketing Campaign Manager

MDG Advertising is looking for a Paid Search Marketing Campaign Manager who is a special breed that understands both search engine optimization and paid search. The primary responsibilities will be to assist the team in strategies, recommendations, and optimizations for all search efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify missed opportunities and new trends in search engine marketing
  • Daily campaign optimization and budget management
  • Make landing page recommendations and optimizations
  • Actively work toward or maintain certifications in AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search marketing

Paid Search Marketing / PPC:

  • Assist in handling multiple campaigns for various industries
  • Work with media team to help create and manage budgets
  • Basic understanding of display and retargeting through Google Display Network
  • Competitive analysis to identify potential missed opportunities
  • Reporting & campaign analysis
  • Assist in writing, reviewing, and optimizing PPC ad copy
  • Keyword research and generation

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in PPC and SEO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with website-traffic analytics software (Google Analytics) and organic SEO tools (Moz, SEMRush, etc.) is also a plus
  • Enthusiasm to stay current on the latest search marketing trends
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
