Everyone knows the “three r’s” of learning, but it looks like MDG has added a fourth one with a recent email campaign targeting teachers. Response.
MDG’s assignment was to promote an initiative between Hammon Park in Lake Worth and the School District of Palm Beach County that provides teachers at Title 1 schools with substantial grants toward the purchase of a brand new townhome or condo in the Hammon Park residential community. Our team took on the task by developing an informative email targeted to these Title 1 school teachers that explained the highlights of this valuable offer and encouraged teachers to register by visiting our specially designed teacher website, www.hammonpark.com. Our team structured this website to feature information about the incentive, along with a prominent Registration Box to allow teachers to join the waiting list for this opportunity.
When it came to the response, we were certainly overachievers as the results were truly outstanding. Within the first few hours of sending out 6,384 emails, we achieved:
- A 14% open rate
- 62% of the recipients that opened the email also clicked through to the website
- 57% of the recipients that clicked through to the website have registered for the waiting list
- A 9% overall click-through rate
And the stats just keep getting better. To date 360 individuals have joined the waiting list to see if they are eligible to receive one of the 25 available grants! With scores like these, MDG has clearly clicked with teachers and made the grade with this effective marketing campaign. For more information on this opportunity, visit www.hammonpark.com
